As we complete, you will see what has been accomplished with the ability to immediately access any deliverables. Our immediate goal is to provide you with everything you need to print/download in order to get your business foundation solidified and working for you.

Our speed and efficiency are among our greatest strengths. However, this also means that the funds we receive are quickly allocated. Regrettably, since the state does not provide refunds, we are unable to refund state fees. If you have doubts about forming a new company, we recommend waiting a few days before placing an order. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing it and your company will be filed before you know it. Please be aware that the initial signup fee is non-refundable. Your 12-month contract may be canceled at any time by either party, but we require 60 days’ written notice to stop the process. We work quickly and plan ahead to provide all services in a timely manner. Services that have already been rendered or paid for to our partners are not eligible for a refund.
