T5 Transit was founded in 2022 by Taheera Abdallah and Anne Christie Guillaume, two women who shared a deep bond around parenting and community. They became "freedom creators," aiming to create freedom for themselves and others through a different approach to life and business. With diverse backgrounds in finance, business development, and parenting, they believed in building profitable businesses that support thriving communities.
They applied their concept of freedom creation to a small trucking business, transforming it from a start-up with debt to a consistently profitable and systemized operation within eight months. This experience reinforced their belief that the right knowledge and systems are crucial for small businesses to succeed. Motivated by this realization, they established ACTA Management LLC, offering management and strategy consulting services. Their mission as "Freedom Creators" is to educate and empower business owners to run businesses that work for them and avoid becoming overworked and underpaid slaves to their own ventures.
